I have DD to thank for the success of my quit. When I joined looking for support, she was the first to welcome me, and gave advice like she was on old (young) pro...little did I know at the time she was actually a month behind me in her quit...She is, and has always been rock solid!... I owe her one.

Congrats DD... Have a fun, smoke free celebration tonight... (And be careful...a lot of crazy people out there)

Thank you guys! I owe my quit to all of you. Without your support here I doubt that I would have made it. Newbies, quitting smoking IS possible. Not one puff ever is achievable! I used to smoke close to 3 packs a day.... used to.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
