Hey guys!

I´m back! I missed you!

I just finished reading Allen Carr´s book (suggested by my sister). Should I quit tomorrow and get it over with? or should I wait until the new year?

Oh, Natalie!  I am so very happy to see you!

 

My thought...if you quit tomorrow...next New Year's Day will be your second one smoke free!  And you will be such an inspiration for the new quitters.

 

Whatever works for you...as long as it leads to a forever quit.

 

Again, so delighted you are back!

Welcome back.

 

I always think of quitting like pulling teeth, the before is more scary then the healing.

 

So I'd go with now :)  Less time to over think it then. But ultimately, you must do what's right for you, that's just MY advice of what I would do as you asked.

I think it's like pulling off a plaster...one quick pull....is better than thinking about it..and doing it slowly...

Allen Carr.....what a great book...I read it too....

Just jump in...both feet.....waiting a couple of days...?.....more crap in those lovely lungs of yours...

Get rid of all your smokes ashtrays..ect..

Smokkng...is not on the table...ever.....if I can do it...sweetheart ...you can ...this is a promise....

If you've read the book, followed all the instructions then go for it...do the Smoke Your Last Cig ritual and you're free. What a great way to end the year.....

Welcome Back!

 

I can share my story about that...On Dec 20th, I quit using a patch but shortly before New Years I ripped it off and was done.  I will admit my New Years Eve wasn't pretty but BUT having the thought/experience of not smoking at all during 2015 turned out to be so motivating and it carried a nice dose of pride.  Just sayin... ;)   You COULD be 100% free in 2016.  But like others have said, you need to do what's authentic for you.
