Another Christmas where I am not faffing about buying my stocks of cigs , for gawd forbid I would run out. The financial freedom in itself is wonderful, the freedom of not having to stand outside in the cold, to get my fix. The freedom of not having to nip outside, straight after Christmas dinner, again to get my fix.

Right about now, as a smoker, I would have been nipping out to waste my money on my supplies, never bought in bulk as it would cost me a fortune, I know right! As if purchasing two packets per day cost any less.

As the song goes...shine sweet freedom, shine your light on me...

Glowing folks, positively glowing.

Spent that money on a spray tan, and fancy Dan liqueurs ....money very well spent. And a Merry Christmas to you all xx

Enjoy your freedom too, if you've not get got your freedom go for it, seriously.

It's great isn't it! I remember last year been really concern about Christmas, but this year I have just been sitting back and reaping the rewards of being a non-smoker.

Have a great Christmas

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
