School night, I know, but just fancied a night cap.

I enjoy a Sex On The Beach cocktail but have just made my own version. I replaced the vodka with Blue Curaçao and the Peach Shnapps with Maluibu Rum. Delicious! Still added the orange juice, pineapple and cranberry. Had a beautiful blue colour so I'm going to call it Sex In The Sea....I think I might be onto something. Try it...the drink of course!

Hi ladies ...it was, you what it tasted like? Holiday...it tasted like that taste you get when you are sat on holiday, relaxed and just so chilled and relaxed.

Tomorrow and Saturday are my favourite nights...as they are 100% cocktail nights. I will spend tomorrow excitedly checking out my recipes.

Do you guys enjoy cocktails? I'm not a wine or beer fan you see, so they are the only thing I drink now.

I'm not a huge wine or beer drinker either but do enjoy just about any "fruity" tasting cocktail.  I had a raspberry margarita on the rocks at a restaurant the other night and it was so good!  I wish I had thought to ask what was in it.   I don't drink these types of things often these days though because of the calories but when I do have one I savor it!!

I can imagine that was delicious Jenny. I'm the same in that I enjoy the very fruity ones. Although I am partial to ones that are creamy now too. I have made a few Baileys ones that I found delicious. I am not a dessert fan, cakes are not my thing, but have found a few dessert type cocktails that I enjoy after Sunday dinner.

I might purchase a bottle of wine you know Nancy, as I have quite a few wine cocktails in my book and I might enjoy them.

I bought a mini bottle of Prosecco, to make a Porn Star Martini. Had every ingredient except the passion fruit...none at the supermarket! Still....will get to try it once they are back in stock.

They look lip lickin good....x

Seriously Doreen, delicious. I had a cocktail mid afternoon and one every night...I have tasted the most delicious flavours. Roll on July so that I can get back, and do it all again.

Beer guy here. Fancy drafts but nothing "holiday" . No pumping or Jingle Balls brew. Just the craft beers.

Have you ever tried a beer cocktail Bakon? Or is it that you just don't fancy it?

On holiday one of the males in our party tried a brandy cocktail, omg he hated it...cost him €8 too! Mind, at least he tried it.

I used to love beer but can't drink it now, just too fizzy for me.

Last night I had two, well they are only small, coconut Daquiri's. Delicious and made a change from the frozen strawberry ones. Just 35mls of white rum, 30mls lime juice and 35mls of coconut cream. Loved the burst of lime you got, after a moment or two of it being in your mouth.

Tonight am going to make Strawberry Mojiots ....picked up some fresh mint when we nipped out earlier. Looking forward to sipping on this tonight and watching the new Cinderella movie on Sky. Hope you guys enjoy your drink, if you have one.
