So!

What other vices have you acquired/given up since quitting.

I eat a bit more sweets, the struggle is real.

I'm on day 12? of being a vegetarian. I gotta be honest though, not a difficult transition in any way,

So do you feel any different after going veggie for 12 days? Better, worse the same? I've thought about trying it.

I gave up master bating to help my eyes. Then I learned about carrots.

So I didn't have to quit anything. Just eat more carrots

Whew! I wondered what the carrots were for.

As for vices, I drink more ever since I quit. That's really the only one I have left, aside from the fun harmless ones.  :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
