007 quit smoking in the movies!

If you have not noticed, I (James Bond aka 007) do not smoke anymore in my movies, I gave up cigarettes for Casino Royal. My reasons are:

1) It was hard to do all that secret agent stuff when you cough and and are out of breath.

2) The leading ladies did not like the smell on me and they didn't even want to kiss me unless I used mouthwash first!

3) All my cool cars and cloths were getting burn holes in them.

4) 00 agents do not get a cigarette allowance and the 60 to 70 smokes a day were adding up!

5) MI6 went to no smoking on the property policy!

6) Health insurance for a secret agent is very expensive and if you smoke it more then doubles!

7) I figure I was pushing my luck when "Q" branch would give me explosives to keep in my person.

8) Tied of sneaking around all the hotels I stay at to smoke since all of them are smoke free.

9) Smoking was cool back in the 50's 60"s and 70's but not cool any more and I am the coolest!

10) Those long airline fights were killing me when I wanted to smoke but could not.

11) A mans man does not smoke!

During a few lay-overs in Chicago, I had to go into the smoke bubble.  Have any of you seen this room?  It was quite a few years ago, so maybe they aren't there anymore.

Those room visits were a few of THE MOST disgusting/humiliating smoking moments EVER!!!

My husband (non-smoker) went in there with me a few times.  I don't know how he could stand it.  Maybe because his Dad smoked like a chimney, or because we were still in the early years of our marriage. After a couple times, I was just like, "Really, you can wait for me at the gate."  I was embarrassed/shamed to have to go in there and could not understand why he wanted to go in with me.  Pretty sure he was relieved I gave him the pass cards.  :)

Way to keep the quit 007.  Non-smoking secret agents are way sexier than smoking ones!  :)
