I am....

Recommended Posts

It's a new tool I'm using to help with a toxic environment

Being aware of one's surroundings and thoughts

We have control of ourselves while all around us is in chaos or negativity, especially as an empath it can be an overload nightmare!

Some might find it helpful...

All you do is is start a positive statement about yourself out loud, in your head or on here (doesn't matter if you feel the opposite to start with, that is the whole point)

This has no relation to Ego or vanity and should not be judged or feel vain about thinking it, it's purely to bring your mind back into positives:

It must always start with I AM.....

Examples:

I am kind

I am patient

I am healthy

I am improving my fitness every day

I am confident

I am sociable

I am smiling

I am a non smoker

I am calm

I am lucky

I am successful

I am creative

There is no limit have as many I am's as You want/need, the more the better :)

I am...

For the most part mildy amused at the machinations of the clowns to the left of me and jokers to the right.

I'm also glad I can surf up this site after a long absence and find you all still here! BTW, the site's security certificate has expired (or so says firefox's browser warning pop up).

Still not smoking... couple months it will be two years.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
