Thanks for the kind words!

This second year just flew by....

I will always respect that the addiction will always be calling out to me, but won't give it any more of my time...

We are spending the weekend in Columbus with our oldest daughter and granddaughters , so I won't be on much if at all, but I want you guys/gals to know it really means a lot to see the support you give , even after a few years.

2 years down, and 1 day to go....

Thanks everyone!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
