Hey Hot Cakes...

Whenever YOU feel it's worthy...post it up on here!

We will be around to show our support

My first day quit, I celebrated each hour....soon I was celebrating each day...those turned to weeks, then months....

The bottom line is... It is VERY important for you to feel that sense of accomplishment...

We spend years teaching ourself so how and when to smoke, so it will take some time to relearn how to live without doing that.

1 month quit is a huge milestone...

CONGRATS!

This is one of the big ones. You get to have heaps of praise and fanfare! Congrats and if I might add, very well done.

Love the conversion to Hot Cakes. Leave it to Joe.

Aw thanks guys. Perhaps I'll have to go for a third and final name change to 'hot cakes' lol. I only picked porkandpancakes because of Bakon.

I am feeling proud of myself. I never ever would have believed that I could quit for a month. Let alone be feeling so good about it!

And ps. I've been meandering around the internet a little and all I want to say is this... This little quit train is a lovely welcoming place. It is a shame you don't get a few more newbies posting as it puts pressure on the oldies to keep up the posts and stuff but yeah, this ol place is pretty cool.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
