I noticed this morning that in just over two years smoke free...

I have not smoke over 16,000 cigarettes....

Blimey....

The amount i have smoked in my 52 years....would be mind blowing....

I'm not adding it up..it would be so depressing....

I'm so glad I'm not adding to that amount....

It really is mind blowing isn't it!!

It's nice to finally see the light but unfortunately their are too many people who still fall for the nicotine trap.

I'm so pleased you quit too Doreen. It's nice to think we are healing now rather than adding to the ticking time bomb!

The numbers are utterly horrifying aren't they, think mine's around 17 thousand

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
