I can't say specifically but my rule of thumb was to go with "everything is weird and every weird thing is normal".  Unless it was really weird or painful.  It helped with the already existing anxiety.

Yes, it is normal.  As I understand it, cigarettes have an additive that lets us breath more deeply, so when we quit, we feel shortness of breath.

Heinous. Ick. Well its much better today. Yay. One thing I've found that defeats cravings like nothing else is reading reading reading about the tobacco industry and how dangerous the ingredients are. I'm feeling this is gonna be my sticky quit.

I'm leaving work in a few, and when my nonsmoking husband comes home Imma kiss him with my clean smelling lips and then tell him to smell my hair. LOL. Thats become a joke between us. "Smell my hair"

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
