on a "good" day 20 cigarettes

on a "bad" day 40

funny how I used to think I was doing good if I kept it to a pack that day.  Unbelievable.  What a DB

In the year leading up to my quit, I was smoking about 12.

Before then, it was somewhere between 25-50 a day. :(

It really varied for me, could be as low as 7 or as high as 30-40 (with alcohol).

Same for me Gemzee. The minimum was about 10. But it could go as high as 40 if I was drinking, fishing or on holiday !

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
