Almost ditto at the weekend but for almost 24 hours as my chain-smoking friend slept over!!!!

Can't say I'm ok with the 'smell' though... the worst thing, is the ashtray left behind!

It's one of those huge closed top things, but I can still smell it, and the THOUGHT of emptying it, makes me wanna puke!!

So have put it in a plastic bag, till she comes next time... whenever that is..?

Note to self... "ask Jen to empty it before she leaves, next time!!!!" and TAKE IT DOWNSTAIRS to the rubbish bins! lol!!

Well done Ria! Especially cause you're so early in your quit.

Thanks for all the congrats.  It was a turning point, eureka moment.  Really cool.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
