To knock a smart ass down Actually he knocked me down, after catching one on the chin from me, but I ended up on top with his head locked down in my crotch. Asked him if he was done before it got serious and the mrs got mad. Poor hard guy got clocked by old man in flip flops at bike week.

What's your not too old story for the week?

So, you freely admit to wearing flip flops?

I have nothing. I have been very good and anyone who says anything to the contrary is a repressed liar.

Sonic blew me off. Him and Petra suck to date

I was willing, Bakon - let's just call for the record/remember who did the sucking - and it wasn't me. :)

Not too old to run a half-marathon, untrained. Sarge hasn't run since a race in May. Last 4 or 5 months off but still completed 13.1 miles yesterday at th US Air Force Marathon. M

Mrs Sarge completed a 26.2-miler, The Full Monte to Sarge's mere Half.

Too old to....

Saturday, tried to lift a tiny little Japanese car. I had let the front wheel fall off the driveway and hence beached the car.

Felt the muscle in my forearm unravel....

Ouch.

Too old for this Sh!t....now wearing lots of ice and a sling, eating lots of ibuprofen and trying not to cry like a 5 year old.....

:o

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
