Hit a bump in the road....let some personal happenings get the best of me. This will be my sticky quit! Onward and upward from here! Sorry for the slip, hope there's still a seat on the train. Missed you all♡

you are here.  That's all that counts!

This will be your sticky quit because you already know what relapse tastes, smells, and feels like...like S H I T, right?

Onward and upward is right....you got this sister...and we missed you a whole bunches around here  :)

Good to see you back jess, your seat was reserved :)

Now listen hun personal stuff is always going to pop up and bite us in the butt, it's our human right of passage that crap is going to happen and we are going to wobble and maybe even hit a wall

Whatever life throws at you, just remember it's a storm and it will ease up and hopefully even go away completely one day

I hope you are feeling better in yourself

Genuinely great to see you back on track xx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
