I haven't been here in ages.....my apologies for not offering support.

I am busy living life, breathing deep, marvelling in the joy of one more broken addiction.

I don't even count time anymore.

I'm simply a non-smoker.

How's my Bakon and Nancy and Colleen and Babs andandand.....

Hey Julie! xox I'm new(ish) here but lovely to 'meet' you!!

Know what you mean... some days I'm off doing something or get sidetracked before I've posted and wham! the day is gone!

I've been a member of a UK forum for years... so after my 'dose' of socialising, I'm away! lol!

Sometimes, I don't even have time for that...

Thank God for FB messenger!!!  oh.. and THIS forum!! ;)

HATE FB but LURVE the PM via messenger!  ( I'm a lurker only just to see what my kids, grandies and greaties get up to!)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
