Takes a while hun but you are winning! One battle at a time in life and your quit, I see you stronger each time in both categories and yes it's still healing xx

Evelyn!! You have 8 months!! Your fabulous! One of the greatest triumphs one can have is taking their life into their own hands and running the show, not a box of glorified wicks of cancer we think are our friends and will comfort us they are not our friend they only bring us down!! Stay strong, sending good vibes and love out to you darling!

Time Evelyn....grieving takes time. Events happen that hurt SO bad you want to curl up in a ball & shut out the world but you can't. It's tough. But you are going to be okay. It just takes TIME. You are strong....you didn't blow your long term quit....give yourself permission to grieve, to cry, to get that pain out. And allow yourself precious time. Hugs to you.

It sure is Evelyn. Releases stress, cleanses & forces you to take deep breaths even if they are sobs. Sometimes we all need to cry. Hope today is a little easier on you. xx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
