We all ROCK and do you know WHY? Because no matter if you're quit 2 years, relapsed after 10 or took a puff a view times; it's about getting our &ss up and get back on the train. I've said tough love words but I mean it if I say I was a hopeles case, I've quit thousans times and lite up a million times... okay exagerated but my point is even if you do not have it emmediatly, YOU WILL because if you REALLY want to YOU stop being the hopeless case too and be a succesful non-smoker for real...

Do you need to give up a lot? NO! Stinky smell, rotten teeth, bath breathe, lungs without air...you might be able to turn the tide about lungcancer and arteries being destroyed our BODY CAN RECOVER!

BUT we need to face one think eventually, that if you keep that one single puff away and you never lite that first fag again you ARE a WINNER! It's as simple as that and as many mentioned an 'easy peasy' way is to stick with NOT ONE PUFF EVER, no but, no excuses, no matter how shit your life is and you're life can ONLY improve.

Okay class over ;) , now bring it in practice! AND BE PROUD for conquering EVERY PUFF YOU DO NOT SMOKE!

Thanks Evelyn!  It is often a challenge to remind myself to appreciate and honor the changes I have made. It really is a big thing...from a 30 plus year habit of killing myself one breath at a time to

FREEDOM ... no longer a slave to the tobacco industry, nicotine addiction, or my own thoughts/feelings.....

as always, evlovong, a work inprogress and (gulp, hard to say) proud of my quit.   afraid to say it becasue maybe I will fail ....and right now in this minute...

I do not smoke.  NOPE.  for ecvery minute.

breathe, again,    breathing with NO FEAR, pain or heaviness....'

thank you again, Evelyn.... you rock.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
