How many years and how many cigs smoked?

I am 35 years old (I think) and I started smoking when I was 14 (I think).  Smoked 1-2ppd.  I have tried to quit several times in the past but never made it 24 hours.  There are a few important differences with this quit:

  • I WANT to quit this time.
  • Allen Carr's the easy way helped me to begin to look at smoking in a different way.
  • Further educating myself about niccotine addiction through this blog.
  • The amazing support of the board!

If you are here than you must be thinking about quitting.  Please join and introduce yourself.  You don't have to try to do it by yourself.  That's what we are here for!  Do I have a twin?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
