Sending an SOS

When I felt funny in my chest and twitchy, craving terribly I chewed on things like carrot sticks, pretzels, and strong dark chocolates.. :) I liken the feeling in the chest to physical therapy... it feels different and may hurt but it's strengthening, and smoking to the muscle relaxer, it feels better even normal again but it won't rebuild or repair. I thinks our lungs are truly free from a sedative in a sense they are finally able to stretch and work as intended but they have to get back in the swing of things. :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
