No wine or gin for me - - lest I incur the usual, drunken, facial lacerations of my early 20s (and I'm way too cute for that!!!!!  B) )  Plus, I don't think we heal as quickly, or completely, in our 30s.

Any who.

Mountain jog to start the day.  Cuddles (+) w/ the BF.  Maybe a town fair.  Definitely eat something delicious.  Continue to be thankful for the privileges I have.  Pet my dog a lot because she hurt herself today @ the dog park (thinking she's still 2 when she's actually 6). Work an overnight shift into Sunday morning.  Then hang with Grams.

Also passed out last night after just two glasses of wine, shattered from staying up later every night doing the case studies so I can apply for the reiki teacher status.

Also the kids turned into little terrorists on Friday so 3 gym sessions to get rid of my bad mood, fixed now and will enjoy saturday :)

Have fun all you people!

I think I may finally have it right....ever since I retired July 1st, I've thought that every morning I wake up, it's Saterday....I have to admit, later tonight I will most likely be wrong...it seems anytime I have plans that may keep me up late, I don't worry about...because after all.....isn't tomorrow Saterday? I can sleep in....lol..... I'm enjoying my Saterdays!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
