Yay for Kendra!!!

Out of the July/August batch of new people you seem to be the only one

(whom we know about) prevailing.

Hopefully the others will come back & post soon,

but I'm just happy you are a continuing success story!

Wow, just saw this.

I am teary eyed, literally, that TEW thought to acknowledge and many more shared the sentiment,.....that I'm still here and standing...FREE.

Gracias, merci, danke, thanks.

Really, I do not think I would have made it without finding this board.  MQ and staff /admin crew....(((THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS PLACE HAPPEN!!)))  and to all the people who have dedicated and are paying it forward ....THANK YOU!!

often as I am going about my day and a crave wave  and/or junkie thinking appear...I think about a post I have read, the words I have heard people share with each other for comfort, encouragement , ass kicking, entertainment, laughter ...   and think to myself...as soon as I can I will get on the board and read....

more often than I'd like to acknowledge I am getting here and rereading all of the prerespond sos thread .....  i need to post another one to myself...one with heart vs. ego and head.   .... hearing what you all have reminded yourselves of helps me get through and not post an sos of my own.

..... one more THANK YOU to TEW and everyone here.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
