I miss drinking...not really.  Just wanted to get snookered today after playing (LITERALLY) the single worst round of golf I've ever played.  It took me 7 holes to produce a solid drive.

Any ways, sorry to be poopy - - - I'm happy life is going great for you Frez.

My bet is the worst round golfing is better than the best day drinking... but I'm not really sure cuz I have never golfed, and I've had some really great times drinking that I don't really remember.

I did go "camping" a couple of weeks ago (we stayed in a cabin - lodge served food, shared bath house had hot showers).  I had a mostly alcohol free camping trip.  It was pretty refreshing. :)

For the record - I have tent camped too on many occasions.  This is the first time we have had a cabin.  I'll take it any day.  nice soft bed, escape from weather if any.  We could cook inside had we wanted to.  Shared bathrooms/showers though.  :(  I'm getting old and spoiled i guess. :)

Alaska has been super dry so there's been a burn ban in place much of the summer.  Last weekend was my first trip camping when we could have a campfire!  And it was my first experience sitting around the campfire as a non-smoker.  :)

Camping now is sex on the couch. Did it years ago. Moved up through all the various trailers till I had a 38 foot with slide outs and two bedrooms. Traded it all away for bike and one bag. Now I throw my socks t shirt and underwear away when dirty and just buy more when they run out. Instead of packing more and bringing it all back home. Camp fire is soft lights at hotel bar and pond is now a pool.

Nice getting older actually

Ps. Golf sux and the clothes the men wear leans towards crossdressing. Bonnets for hats and those shirts with shorts. If I am ever seen on a golf course it's because I wanted to beat someone up and I know golfers have no strength riding around on those stupid electric carts with one glove on
