Today I love Essi's pseudo gel top coat. At home manis now last 2 weeks instead of 1.

Not a chip in site, though I'm not thinking peach is my best color.

Today I love not having to wonder in which way smoking is going to kill me.

probablly repeating myself but I can't get over the fact they I am a runner. The fact that WHILE running through my neighborhood I am able to differentiate the different scents...this morning it was the fresh spring scent of fabric softener from a house doing laundry and then I get s whiff of someone baking cinnamon rolls....mmmmmmmm.

I want a hot cinnamon bun

having repeatedly chosen freedom over the last week or so, ...., with extended plans to nope on into the future as the weather forecast for my life is unpredictable with chances of love and comfort.

really love not smelling of smoke....car not smelling of smoke on hot days when you open the door and the pressure heated interior blasts out in your and any passengers opening the doors faces.

....clothes and hair smoke scent free.....

...nopeing through the twisted romancing of the smell of people actually smoking though....  what's up with that twisted nicomonster junkie way of being????

and I repeat....

today I love being free!!! my day & resources   is/aren't not arranged around smoking....beautiful!!!!

I'm with Kendra.

I may sometimes be hyper, emotional, maniacal and over-the-top-sensitive

BUT

I am not a puppet, slave, pawn, cog, sucker to a poisonous chemical.

It feels good to feel.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
