Where did I read that we were NON smokers every time we stubbed one out?...?

Anyway, during the night, or illness when in bed, or inside, there's NO physical pain...  so YOU'VE GOT THIS, Michelle!!!

and as is the common consensus, "we only have today"!!! one day at a time!!

"My name is Ria, and I'm an addict"... :lol2: :lol22: :girl_wink:

So how is day 2 going?  Let us know if you need anything and no matter what, remember that smoking doesn't help you cope with stress and not one true claim can be made that it does anything positive for us.  :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
