I get married in 4 weeks! Omg! Which is half the reason I'm not here much (also having issues with jobs!).

I can't believe I got engaged nearly 2 & a half years ago and now the wedding is nearly here! Excited but extremely nervous!

oh it will be here and gone before you know it...so, try not to get too wrapped up in details and nervousness....just enjoy the day!  and smoke free....a smoking bride is nasty nasty nasty....you can get hugs with confidence you'll smell as pretty as you look!

So happy for you Gemma!  Keep us posted when you can

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
