Dear Quitter,

You relapsed, now what?

Identify the reasons you chose to smoke and take responsibility for the fact that you chose to smoke.  It's not because you had a stressful day and it's not because you are not capable of quitting.  YOU are in control of if you smoke or not.  YOU call the shots and you wanted to smoke so you did.

You are just as capable of quitting as anyone else you just have to decide to not smoke again no matter what.

NO MATTER WHAT.  Stop torturing yourself with starts and stops.

Get back on the TRAIN!

You have to want to quit MORE than you want to smoke.

And after you quit, you have to want to be a Non-Smoker MORE than you want to smoke.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
