2 miles and every stride sucked.  Time moves so slow while running on a treadmill.  The treadmill and I, we have a love/hate relationship but unlike most other love/hate relationships, this is one is actually healthy.  :sensored:

So my Dad visits this weekend and tells me that my weights are getting a little dusty.  Back at it this week.

Uh oh!

Renegade rows and Turkish get ups.

I found a Jillian kick boxing vid on clearance for $6.50 at Ulta. (Weird) so I am going to do that one tomorrow. Today, if time, will pry go to Gold's. I'm not on laptop so I can't post image but this has been my go-to machine lately b/c it's not easy and you can still watch Netflix http://www.fitnessblowout.com/images/Products/Enlarge/7000ptblackconsole.jpg

Since my fitness blog turned into the Quit Train Blog, I guess I'll start a new one here.  First, my "stuff" in the basement.  A treadmill is on the other side of the basement but I hate the sucker so I didn't take a picture of it.  We have a love/hate relationship.  :)

A little bit of this or I won't allow myself to watch the mid-season premier of TWD tonight.  I have all day to get some of this in so no excuses.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
