Wish I had chosen to not light up last summer. Day 1 all over again. While I have a lot of stress in my life, I will have to find different ways to cope with things. The hardest part will be keeping myself busy. Not being at home and not working gives your mind a lot of time to wonder.

OMG I'm so excited!!!  You're here!!!

What's done is done, history is past, today is present. So focus on today.

My friend, non smokers get stressed too. There is no reason to create a reason. it all passes if you let it, if you stay on the path and stay close to the support.

Much love. xx

Hello, JK, I think we have met before some time ago!

Good to see you, and glad that you are making the choice to stop smoking :)

If you have any questions, please just ask!

I remember you. If you can keep this quit, you'll find yourself dealing with stress a whole lot better - weird but true. Hey, prove me wrong!

Already on day two. I'll feel alot better once I make it through day 3. I remember that day being rough as the body is in shock. Weather permitting I plan on going on a long walk this afternoon.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
