Sh it is going to happen to you... now and in the future.  It happens to everyone.  We have all made it though without smoking...it is possible.

 

Make a plan.  What are you going to do when it hits the fan other than smoking?  What is going to get you through the anxiety or stress?  And do that instead of smoking.

 

You have got to eliminate smoking as an option in your life.... you have got to get your mind right or you will continue to fail.

 

Where is you confidence?
