It breaks my heart to see you so sad sweetie

Our time has been cut short this time but you need to take care of your family now.

You give so much support, love and kindness to every one here every day,

its nice to see the board (friends) giving you the same in your time of need!

and I will always be there for you xxxx

Tracey - remarkable, impressive, gorgeous and inspirational that you're persisting with your strong and solid NOPE.  You are my hero.  Thank you for being alive.  My tears are with you.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
