Starting monday whatever level you choose modified or not (I am doing a modified version related to my foot and if I can do a rela pushup or a girly push up lol) I am doing the healthy beginner

day 3 and I already forgot to do my 6 burpees....darn!

I will have to do them tonight but it's funny cause in the morning I am so limber and energetic during class and for a few hours after.  When I go home in the evening, however, I am like an old lady.   Slow and uncoordinated and stiff.  haha

so it's the end of the night and i'm already in my jammies and I remembered I didn't do the challenge....grrrrrrrr

 

so I start to do them.  I get thru one burpee and had to modify the other 5.

 

Note to self:  NEVER try a burpee without a bra.   EVER.

I forgot myself and have had 1 too many glasses of wine to be able to do them thats ok I will continue tomorrow with 6 today will be considered my rest day I will catch up by the end of week lol
