I think I would choose the second one and at the beginner level----of course I will do modified burpees with no jumping up related to my foot issue.....I will squat jump back do push up (either on my knees or a real one depends on what I can do)then back and stand up reach for the air rinse and repeat I am going to start on monday I believe

Monday sounds good to me  :)

 

at first i was going to start with elite or advance but there's not much difference towards the end in any of them!  Since I go to the classes 5 days a week and run at least 3 days a week...I think I will pick 2nd one beginner too...I don't wanna burn myself out
