Right you 'orrible lot

Recommended Posts

Fed up with peeps disappearing, staying quiet, lurking on the outside, looking in so as a former child of the RAF...................ATTENSHHHHHUN you do not need to smoke, you do not want to smoke, its all an addiction and can be overcome, stop feeling sorry for yourselves, get your sorry asses back on here and commit to the NOPE...............................NOW!!!! Be determined, be committed, if you feel the need to post do so.  if you fall off, brush yourself down and get back on as soon as you can.  No need to be afraid, the quit will not kill you, but the smoking will, do you really want to die a horrible painful death. NO well it can happen to you, listen to the voice of reason within and make your voice louder than the addiction.  SHOUT NOPE .  See that smell of nicotine Yeah thats you, hear that hacking cough, yeah thats you as well, feel the burn in the chest as you struggle to breathe, yip thats you as well, want all that to go away, be committed, love yourself don't you think you deserve it.  I certainly think so. xx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
