Well done you

Karl, best of luck to you in your great quit. Your post really inspired me to see that the freedom I now enjoy is the quit's greatest joy and reward. I'm slowly training for 10K...if I have to walk/jog it this year that's okay...there's always next year...to do the full run. If I have to crawl it I will be in that 10K...off today to register and get my tshirt...

Congrats three letters

Who is in charge of my quit? I am. This is my very best tip from you. Thanks. Who gets to enjoy freedom? I do. That's the payoff of owning the quit. F.R.E.E.D.O.M.

Great work CPK.

Fantastic achievement. Give yourself a huge pat on the back

Thank you. Just gave myself hearty back pat. Three months ago it would probably have started a coughing fit.  :o  Now, it just feels great. :D

Thanks for being there, and my hope is your road will also smooth out from this point onwards. We have both been unwavering in our desire to build a strong and lasting quit. I think our quits are finally hearing us. :) Everyone loves your name, Tyme2B, because it says it all!

Markus, thank you for giving me the understanding of a strong quit philosophy. Thank you for giving me the understanding of F.R.E.E.D.O.M. and GTQ. You're the man!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
