Surrender all

Quitting  versus smoking .  What I learned from my journey : Surrendering to the QUIT was much better than fighting it. Its a sign of strength not weakness and is sure to bring a sense of relief , not suffering .  Surrender if smoking is tempting you today and KYQ.

Thoughts?

Yep....that is when I found peace in my quit.

When a craving/urge would come.....I would welcome it....not fight against it...for it gave me an opportunity to learn something about myself and also gave me an opening to use my awesome coping strategies I had picked up along the way.  When I looked at it like an exercise....a challenge...it was so much easier.

Above all...no matter what...I was not going to smoke.  No.  matter.  what

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
