Crying is good, blow pops are good.  Scream at the top of your lungs if you want to.  Whatever it takes to NOT smoke.  That is the goal.  It takes time to build a strong quit and it is times likes you posted about here that strengthen it.  I am coming up on 3 years and I cried my eyes out daily for months.  It was insane!  Not like me at all but through it all I got stronger.  You will to.

Awesome job asking for help.  That's how it works.  :)

Always always last, so glad to read that you made it through, don't have blow pops in the UK either  :( , its all about working through the crave, whatever helps you get through, posting an SOS is fantastic, one big mistake I made in my last relapse, I did not post an SOS, so well done, each step is another step smoke free big hugs xx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
