So I tried spinning this morning on a whim at my gym because their fitness classes are included in membership price.

It was kind of a nice feeling to know that I am in good enough shape that I can just waltz right in and have no worry that it would be too hard or I wouldn't be able to keep up.  (Though I still really need to work on getting back into the swing of abs routine.)

It was fine, I was sweating like crazy, but at the same time did not find it super difficult.  Which seems kind of odd, but that is how it went.  I would recommend spinning for anyone.

Spinning is as hard or as easy as you make it, if you are sore you can still get a workout in or you can go and kick your own butt :)  My son is going w/my mother to her gym for a spin class tomorrow, now that is going to be interesting.

The seat you get use to or you can buy a gel seat.  If you continue, I highly recommend spin shoes.  Jumps are my favorite part :)
