Exactly you are free and free from killing yourself, no running around trying to get a quick smoke in, now you can relax and chill out and enjoy every minute without needing a constant fix, oh and youget to smell yummy too so lots of snogging and smooching;)

That's the attitude, Holski!!  After we know all the lies about smoking and the junkie thinking that we used to rationalize with, honestly ,there's no going back to a career smoker.  I mean people may struggle and relapse, but they never give up and get their sticky quit, like you have. Great job!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
