I vow to love, honor, and cherish myself until I die.  I will not poison myself with smoke because

I care to much and I want to live. I want to say Thank You again to everyone on this board.

I have more control over my actions than I ever thought I could.

This is Awesome :)

And yes- I am posting away

Agreed with WYE! This is a fantastic post/vow and if you keep up the attitude you're displaying right now, you will continue to do great.

Keep posting away! I'm loving them. :)

The more you post, the stronger your quit will become... it's odd, but that's how it works... and after you've been quit a little while, by helping others you will continue to help yourself because of your positive awesome attitude.  You are doing beautifully :)

I like being a small part of your quit experiance. Look after yourself and your quit and post for england!!

Hi Marti,

My Aunt Shirley is from England- she hasn't lived there in a long time but she still has the accent. We will be having

Easter dinner at her house this year.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
