Hi lovely non-smoking people :)

 

This forum has a really cool feature: Blogs! 

Look up....see up there at the top of the page? 

If you click on blogs you should be able to start your own.  :D

 

I joined a quit smoking forum before I even quit smoking.....and someone suggested I keep an on-line journal. I would be able to track my own progress, look back on bad days and see how far I had come, and use it as a place to sort out my thoughts.

Keeping an online journal/blog has been a little piece of the puzzle that has helped me stay focussed on my quit and kept me moving forward. 

I made a commitment to myself: Sign in and do the daily NOPE pledge, and contribute something, anything, to my online journal at least mon-fri.

 

So if you want to take advantage of this lovely feature....there it is....up there at the top......the lonely little button that says Blogs.  :rolleyes:

Now go click it and type something.  :D

I know I've only posted once on mine, but I think the Blog feature is great. i like reading others blogs as well. Very interesting to see what people have to say. :)

You have blogged once more than me... I have been very shelfish; reading others blogs but not posting my own.  I promise I will make an effort to change this in the future!

I agree 100 percent with julie its a great tool to track your progress - I wished i had done something similar at the beginning of mine.

Blogs are another wonderful place to gain knowledge and inspiration from someone else's journey....I suggest making them part of  your required reading!
