Not Getting easier

Go sit on ice cubes both you. Chill......

Mr Bakon:

We have come a long way in our Quit & have NEVER relapsed. I am very happy for you that you had an easier time of quitting than some of us. We have persevered because of the support on this site....and because we want to remain smoke free. We are winning, we are doing our best & we are getting help because we actually describe how we are feeling. And others respond kindly & helpfully. I am not sure why you are making the comments you are....maybe you are trying to be funny? In any case we ARE doing our best, sharing ideas & talking to each other.....a lot better than relapsing ! Who would EVER want to repeat a tough QUIT again? We will not be offended if you don't read our sites or posts if they are upsetting to you in any way.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
