No excuses....cigarettes are NOTHING

Really why make giving up that awful drug complicated.

If you have decided to stop then you have to have realised ... Hey smoking is stupid..it does nothing for me..it is not helping my health, my self esteem, my anxiety, my finances, my taste buds, my happiness, my sense of smell, ANYTHING....

So if you are teetering between smoking or not, think real hard about what is so wonderful about smoking...there is no good reason for it...there are only EXCUSES.

Usually it is a bad thing to hate .... but the way I see it, HATE cigarettes with all your might, they have been killing you and will continue to until YOU say ENOUGH. Hate them and you will be half way there, what is there to love about them....NOTHING. Actually, ABSOLUTELY nothing.

And how can you miss nothing!!! You cannot.

What a waste of time to let nothing be a big part of your life. Make NOT smoking EVERYTHING and you will not be NOTHING ever again....LOVE YOURSELF you are not NOTHING.

The worst part of smoking is what it does to our loved ones.

The second hand smoke we share, or the emotional exhaustion they suffer through as we fall apart, or the impoverishment that the medical bills cause.

The list goes on.  Smoking is bad for us and horrible for those who love us.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
