I feel so blessed to be a part of such a wonderful community.

Thank you MQ for providing a space for this great forum to develop, and thanks to all the admin who have made a commitment to 'pay it forward' and ensure that our community remains a place where anyone can come and gather support, education, and friends while they quit smoking.

Thank you to all the members who continue to support me in my quit......in one way or another, every single one of you have been a part of my quit. I will commit to 'paying it forward' because you all were here for me......so I need to be here for others.

And guests and lurkers: Come join us. We have no intentions of staying at 100 members.

We are 100 members and growing :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
