Evelyn you have taken hell week to a whole new level - what a journey, against all odds you fought through, with so much else going on as well WOW what a warrior princess you are!

From this day on you can march forward from strength to strength

It just proves to everyone that you do not have to wait until its a perfect sunny day and conditions are perfect(they never will be) before you quit - you are an inspiration Evelyn and I hope people read your blog and think well if she can do it then so can I

I agree with Trace, it has been a hell of a journey - it really has been Hell Week.  But you have proved to all of us (and most importantly yourself) that you are strong enough to do this.  I have enjoyed reading your posts and blogs immensly - you have come so far in 7 days!

Now you are onto Heck week, and it will be easier.  But stay vigilant and we are all still here for you.  We know you can do this!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
