Are you more aware that your health is failing....

Do you wake up coughing, chest tight and feel just awful when lighting up that "must have" smoke in the mornings?

Have you already been diagnosed with a smoking related illness....and you are scared?

Are you just plain Fed up with the whole thing?

If the answer is yes to any of these

TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO QUIT

You have nothing to be scared of if you QUIT but everything to be scared of if you don't

Just JUMP and the board will catch you

One step at a time YOU CAN do this!

If only we could reassure you that once you jump, its not so scary, its just that little tiny bit of determination that you need, please stop sitting on the fence, please stop just dipping your toes in, please stop listening to that voice inside your head, close your eyes and take a deep breath, you will not look back , everyone is welcome, come along to the introductions section and say Hi, one step at a time, that's all it take.............its a bit like walking really, one step at a time..............

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
