Well its been a crappy crappy week, started off with the sickness bug second week in a row, niggly stoopid things happening, and to end today, car ran into hubby. a big 4x4 nearly took the back end of the car off.  Hubby is ok thank god, car is not, now normally in the past when a week like this happened I would be smoking furiously, stressed out ma box , pacing up and down the floor, but do you know something s@@t happens.............NOPE

Sorry to hear you have had a week from hell...thankfully your hubby is unhurt....

But on a positive note...you won a battle ...

we have learned smoking doesn't change a dam thing...

Life is going to throw us some crap whether we smoke or not...

Well done jackie...this was a biggy...and you won hands down....xxxx

Yes!  True!  Jackie, you nailed it.   This is confidence.  This is when we know our strength and fortitude and worth are greater than the issue at hand.  Life dishes out hardships to overcome all the time but we will always win when we trust ourselves and former experiences of making it.  And, when we guard our quit during these s**t happens moments.

Go Jackie!

Glad hubby is ok!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
