PLus it is red wine so added health benefits right? lol A glass of red wine a day is supposed to be good for you I am just making up for the week drinking it all at once lol

What kind of red wine?  And do you fill the glass up to the top or no?

barefoot sweet red wine...and yes to the top who fills a wine glass halfway? lol hehe too drink to type apparently ....I might regret this in the morning it is a 750ml bottle of wine

480 calories in a bottle...that said there is absolutely nothing wrong with eating light to fit some wine in at the end of the day  :on_the_quiet2:

Go for it ... Liquid calories don't count on Fridays ... And it is made from grapes so I say wine should count towards your 5 and 2 :-)
