Welcome MrsFergie!  Congrats on your quit.  Two weeks is fantastic and I'm guessing you are feeling much better. This is a good place for info and support so I'm glad you found it too :).  Settle in, look around and make yourself at home.

A 2 week quit is amazing work!!  12th March is an awesome quit date too ;)  Pleased you found the train. Take your time and have a look around. Don't be daunted by allt the bits and pieces just meander round and find your bearings. Looking forward to talking toyou. x

Hi and welcome on board the QT, congratulations on making the best decision ever and that is to stop smoking for GOOD.  stay close, read and educated yourself as much as you can on your addiction, and WOW two weeks already is amazing.  We are all here to support and help as much as you need xx

Don't worry about being good with the computer, it's hard to make a mistake here. In fact, there is only one, and you already quit that. 

 

Welcome, and try and read as much as you can - education is the key.
