I didn't have any emotions past anger. I was an angry quitter so bad people wouldn't let me quit. But at a month it probably subsided some. Still not the calmest person but I only get mad when someone talks when the weather is on the news. "Cant you shut up and let the tv say it?" Why everyone got to tell me the weather when they can see me watching it. Like they are smarter than the tv girl....maybe next time I will let them tell me if the guarantee their forecast...

It is part of the healing and female hormones don't help :( ride the waves cpk and be kind to yourself, do things if possible in smaller chunks, give yourself time out to just be, hit pillows or cry your heart out let it flow, don't fight it x

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
